Our founder Maurice Yates has retired

Maurice Yates, the founder and mentor of AEMS for many years, has decided to retire from active work.

Maurice is no more on the Board of AEMS nor will he be involved in the management of the company. However, he will continue as a consultant so that his vast technical and industry experience is available to us in areas where we need it.

AEMS is now a part of the Entity group of companies with interests in Electricity & Gas Smart metering, energy conservation and other associated value added services. Entity group operates in 40 countries and comprises of Secure Meters, Datagen, CEWE instruments, PRI and Horstmann Controls. 

AEMS as a company will remain fully functional and will be able to provide equipment, repair and calibration services for our equipment, consultancy, testing & monitoring services, project management and ESCO services on an ongoing basis.
